Abstract
|
|
|
Histological changes of adrenal cortex and spleen following intravenous administrations of vital staining dyes( Trypan blue, Congo red, Trypan red and Neutral red) in rabbits were studied.
Administrations of Congo red and Neutral red have resulted in cytoplasmic vacuolization of the cells in zona fasciculata of adrenal cortex, and cytoplasmic shedding with karyolysis and karyorrhexis of lymphocyte in inner zone of splenic follicles.
